Highlights:
- We did a new literacy activity called "Spellie." Ask me how to play!
- In literacy centres we practiced our new literacy reading rods. Ask me how we use them!
- We shared what our favorite book characters are. Then we wrote about them, and we drew a picture of them.
- In math we learned about using a ruler to measure different objects. We got to measure objects around the classroom and find out how many cm each object was.
- In writing we continued on making our 4 square planner for the book "Here we are."
- To celebrate our lunch room supervisor Miss Sam, we made an acrostic poem for her, and Aurora and Sadaf drew a portrait of her.
- For today's spirit day ask me what Ms Wolsey dressed up as!
