Highlights:
- We celebrated earth day. In writing we read the story "Here we are" and then we made a 4 square planner about earth. We wrote different examples of land, water, people, and weather. Ask me what I wrote! We also did an earth drawing and we made a poster about different ways that we can protect the earth. Ask me what I wrote!
- In gym we started our gymnastics unit. Ask me what we did!
- In math we started our measurement unit. We learned about using non standard units of measurement. Then we measured different objects in the classroom using blocks. Ask me what I measured!
- To celebrate literacy week Ms Brinson gave us different clues that we needed to solve. Then we had to go find the answer around the school. At the end of the week our class will try to figure out the mystery message.
- Literacy centres. Ask me what centre I was in!
