Highlights:
- In science we used chrome music lab on the Ipads.
- In science we also watched a video about planet earth. Then we made a 4 square planner about the different components of earth: land, air, water, and living things.
- Literacy centres. Ask me what I did!
- In math we did a "show me your subtraction skills" worksheet. We had to solve subtraction questions using the number line, hundreds chart, stacking method, and work problems.
- In writing we made sentences in our table groups about different sensory details about spring. We had to make a sentence that had a noun, an adjective, a verb, and an adverb. Look at this sentence we made:
I see beautiful sunflowers growing quickly in my garden.
I hear blue birds singing songs quietly in the humungous tree.
I taste juicy, sweet popsicles melting in my mouth while the sun shines on me.
I smell smoky hotdogs roasting on the BBQ on a hot, sunny day.
