Tuesday March 12

 Highlights:

  • In writing we learned about synonyms and antonyms. Ask me what a synonym is for the word "hot." Ask me what an antonym is for the word "happy."
  • In gym we played a game called "gum-ball machine." Ask me how to play! 
  • We had a presentation from Elder Frank. Ask me what I learned! 
  • In math we practiced different strategies for 2 digit addition. 
  • In science we started learning about light. We talked about different examples of natural and human made light!
  • Literacy centres. Ask me what centre I was in! 


Reminders:

  • We will be making leprechaun traps on Friday. Please bring in cardboard boxes.
